Terms and Conditions of Infingo Collection,
established in (7491 ES) Delden, municipality of Hof van Twente (Ov).

1. Applicability

These general conditions apply to all offers, orders and agreements. Accepting an offer or placing an order means that you accept the applicability of these terms and conditions. From these conditions can only be determined after a written approval notification. We assume that prior to recognizing / validating your order you have read and accepted these terms and conditions. These conditions respect the rights of the consumer arising from the law (or from the sales contract). When you visit the site, you must follow the general conditions and comply with the usage rules on the site.

2. Placing an order

We offer you the possibility to place your order via internet on our website, If the product is temporarily sold out or cannot be delivered, then you will automatically receive an e-mail or a telephone message within two to five working days after you placed your order.

3. Prices and payments

The prices stated for the offered products are in Euros, including VAT. Delivery costs are not included in the price. The amount of the delivery costs is depending on the total amount of your order and destination. Shipping within The Netherlands, Belgium and Germany are free for orders over EURO 50.00. You have to pay the order in advance. We reserve the right to change any price at any time, however we undertake to maintain the rates that apply to it at the moment of your order. The amount of the product you ordered will remain the amount on that day, at the time you placed your order. Your order will only be processed by us after receiving the total amount on our account.

4. Stock

For all articles on this site: as long as our products are in stock. Although this site has been put together with the most care and it is regularly being updated it can occur, due to delayed delivery and / or other circumstances, one or more articles are not (anymore) available. If the product is temporarily sold out or cannot be delivered, then you will automatically receive an e-mail or telephone within 2 to 5 working days after your order.

5. Delivery

The goods will be delivered to the address indicated by you. It deserves recommendation to give an address where someone is usually present to collect the item. Goods are delivered in accordance with legal requirements to distance sales in the Netherlands. We operate within The Netherlands & Belgium a delivery time of one (1) to three (3) days. The delivery time mentioned is only an indication and never a fatal term. After exceeding this period, the other party will be informed as soon as possible and offered the opportunity to terminate the agreement or cancel the order.

6. Warranty and after-sales service

You have the obligation to examine the products at the time of delivery to check if the product accord to our agreement. If this is not the case, you must inform us as soon as possible and in any case within fourteen (14) days after delivery. We guarantee that every article delivered by us meets the normal requirements and usability standards. When a problem occurs with a purchased article, please contact us immediately. We will contact you within two working days. There will be no guarantee in the following cases:
* if there have been changed anything to the product, including repairs that have not been carried out with the permission of our side or the manufacturer.
* if the original packing slip cannot be submitted.
* if damage is caused by intent, gross negligence, or negligence maintenance.

To make use of the service and guarantee you must always have access to the original packing slip which is included with the purchased item. Always send along with a complaint your packing slip if you want to exchange an item. We will respond within two working days after receipt and resolve the problem within 30 business days. If you call upon the guarantee within the warranty period the warranty, then the shipping costs for shipping to us are for your own costs. We take care of the shipping costs for returning the repaired product. Unstamped or COD shipments will never be accepted.

7. Right of withdrawal

The consumer has the right to return the goods without stating reasons to cancel the purchase within a period of fourteen (14) calendar days, commencing the day after receipt by purchase. Returns are only possible after signing up a return shipment. You can only actually use your right of withdrawal if the goods in question are complete, undamaged, unused and in the original packaging will be returned. The consumer must, after dissolving the agreement within fourteen days itself the cost of and the risk for the return sending the products. This will cancel the purchase agreement. The paid purchase price excluding delivery costs will then be credited after receipt of the goods in an undamaged condition. Delivery costs will not be returned.
Unstamped or COD shipments will not be accepted.

8. Limitation of Liability

Infingo Collection shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages that result from the use of, or the inability to use, the materials on this site, even if Infingo Collection has been advised of the possibility of such damages. Applicable law may not allow the limitation of exclusion of liability or incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.

9. Personal data

Customer data will only be processed in accordance with the privacy policy. The data will only be used for the creation of one agreement and will under no circumstances be provided to third parties.

10. Disputes

If the consumer is not satisfied with a delivered product or service, we will always try to solve this in good mutual consultation with the consumer. If you are not satisfied with the answer, you can send your complaint to the management from Infingo Collection. This can only be done in writing or through e-mail
